Folded Sheets explores the possiblities of transferring paper folds into steel sheet furniture. By using cuts and folds on rectangular steel sheets, tensioned ridgid shapes without offcuts are created. The objects are further strenghened by blackening the surface with burnt linseed oil.

Sewage Sludge is an abundant resource, so polluted to not be used as fertilizer anymore. With a high temperature sintering process a high quality ceramic material was created. A Bathroom collection reminds of the materials origin.

This website visualizes my stroll trough an abandoned uranium mine near Baden-Baden. The mine was a test site for uranium mining in the 1970s and was closed down 1986. Altough the site was cleared of radioactive material, there is still some to be found. I measured stones in the area and 3D scanned the ones with the biggest radioactive output. My „Anomalie“ Font functions as an interface to make radiation visible to the websites user.
